Cheap Quality and Bad Customer Service
I ordered these curtains for my daughter's nursery. I ordered the pink rose and thought it would be a soft pink like the picture. When I opened the packaging which was in a cheap plactic bag the curtains were much darker and they were very cheaply made. The side of the curtains were just cut along with a pair of scissors. It wasn't even nicly cut or straight. I thought $3.99 for two panels was a great deals, but you do get what you pay for. When I called about either exchanging them for a differnt color or getting my money back I was told that I needed to pay a 10% restocking fee for $3.99 curtains, I had to pay to have them shipped back, and would not get a refund on my shipping which cost more than the curtains. I was also told that if i wanted to exchange for a different color i need to pay to have it shipped to them and then pay again to have it shippped back to me. The title is MISLEADING!
This product says that it comes with a set of 2 curtains. However, when you receive this you only get ONE curtain! Frustrating when you are led to believe that you are paying for 2 when in fact you only receive ONE item!
Low quality and arrived stained
I ordered 3 sets of the curtains. One set was stained and didn't have the 2 rod pockets that the other 2 sets did. Company refunded money, thank goodness. Would not order again!
